The Chicago Park District, the Lincoln Park Conservancy and National City Bankwill present the 11th annual Lincoln Park Art Faire at the Lincoln ParkCulturalCenter, 2045 N. Lincoln Park West, Saturday, Sept. 13, and Sunday, Sept. 14, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“We are excited to once again co-host this celebration of the arts – now in its 11th year – with the Lincoln Park Conservancy,” said Timothy J. Mitchell, general superintendent & CEO of the Chicago Park District. “The Lincoln Park Art Faire keeps growing each year and has quickly become an annual cultural highlight in Lincoln Park.”
Don’t miss the opportunity to purchase a variety of original artwork from nearly 100 vendors specializing in hand-made woodworking, jewelry, pottery and stained glass, along with original paintings and photographs.
Additionally, attendees can let their imaginations soar in our on-site open air studio, equipped with art supplies. Budding artists of all ages are offered an opportunity to create a masterpiece to take home. We supply the materials and the instruction, you supply the talent! Or, grab a bite to eat from our food vendor.
Live music will be performed on stage from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day of the festival.

Winners of the “Lincoln Thru a Lenz” amateur photo contest will be announced at the Lincoln Park Art Faire on Sept. 13. The winning photographs of People, Places, PLANTS and Animals will be featured on display through the duration of the Faire, as well as displayed in the LPCC through the fall 2008 session.
